| Client: Amdocs Team leader, responsible for: • Information architecture • Interface design • Visual design and production • Sound design and production Designed and developed a series of computer-based training titles. These were aimed at helping the companys customers in achieving a quick and complete command in a complex software package. The interface I designed was intuitive and simple while the content was rich with animated explanations that brought abstract concepts to life. The titles included structured lessons, dynamic online components, software simulations and demonstrations, interactive glossary, and self-assessment quizzes. |
