My approach is User Centered: the needs and wants of the end-user are considered and integrated from the beginning to the end of the product's development cycle.

User-Centered Design is a structured, step-by-step process that derives from in-depth analysis of client and user needs, allowing client and user input in every step; from initial mock-ups through sketches to polished final deliverables.

My work process includes a number of defined stages which are outlined in the diagram on the right. Each step results in a set of deliverables that are presented to the client for feedback.

You will find that I balance proven industry standards with innovative approaches in design, the modern and traditional, the functional and fun.
